5.30.26: On yesterday, I received 5-Star Service from three of the servicemen at Take 5 in Pantego, Texas! This is the third Take 5 that I've patronized within a little over 2-years now, and I can honestly say that they have been the best! I drove in for a Coolant Flush for my 2015 Mercedes E350. I was greeted with a kind smile & a bottle of cold water by Abdo! He gave me the pricing, and I was then guided into the bay. Morgan followed shortly with entering the front passenger side to try to locate the cabin air filter to show me; He was also kind. Wyatt came along and was able to show him exactly where it was located, and proceeded to finish the task! I appreciated his knowledge & experience with Mercedes vehicles. Abdo then checked me out, and then I was guided out with a smile by Morgan. Each of these young men contributed their individual strengths to work together as a team to get the customer taken care of with excellence! Best experience I’ve had here ever!!! I feel bad because I’ve forgotten his name, but he introduced himself as the new Assistant Manager. He was quick to get me into a stall even though there were other cars being serviced at that time. He remained attentive and gave me frequent updates on how long it would take before they started on my vehicle. After completthe service, my car wouldn’t start. He tried to trickle charger but it wasn’t working so he gave me a jump with his personal vehicle! I cannot express how much I was thankful for his assistance. He is definitely one of your greatest employees!
The service i received this morning was top notch. Who would've thought an oil change could be such a pleasant experience! Trenton was there by himself and while being busy getting everyone greeted and letting them know their wait time, still had time for friendly small talk and completed my oil change in a timely manner. He also gave some information into my oil change and filter, I left feeling informed and I will be back for sure!
