I have been here many times before , this time the service staff was not as friendly as before. People should smile some when they are providing a service like they are glad to see you. The other thing I don't expect anyone to know but I have a phobia driving over that oil change spot opening. The service tech got a little frustrated directing me which didn't help me any. The other tech explained kindly what was done and I had a successful oil change.
Great experience. The guys were friendly and informative. They were training a new guy and they were very patient with him as still maintained great customer service with me. I always come here for my oil changes.
All I can say is that as long as Mr. Sacramento is managing and leading the crew of this amazing crew--I will always be a customer of theirs! I stopped by on Thursday to just get an oil change(so I thought) but left with new maintenance knowledge, wiper blades, new filters, and FREE oil change! Brayden & David were such gentleman & answered any questions I had. They truly went above & beyond & were very mannerable & respectable. Please don't hesitate to stop in if you want true, amazing service!
