I paid for the oil changes at all American Chevy here in Odessa. I pulled up and there was 12 vehicles already in line at 7:30/8:00am. I don’t have time to sit at the dealership to get an oil change. I went to the take 5 at University and Grandview. They got me in, and Carlos explained that the oils I requested Pennzoil didn’t have the detergents in that the engine specs require. Carlos did point out that their take 5 full synthetic did have the proper deterrent in it. Carlos also noticed I was a Veteran and told me he would apply the Veteran discount. Outstanding customer service Carlos. Keep up the good work.
Anthony and Hector did a great job. They were attentive throughout the entire service, consistently checking in and making sure everything was taken care of. They kept everything topped off, ensured the tire pressures were corrected to the proper PSI, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Their attention to detail and professionalism were greatly appreciated.
I was very pleased with the service I received. I came to Take 5 for an oil change. I was greeted when pulled up with a bottled water. Then I was instructed as to everything that they was doing without being pushed to purchase something. Everyone was very knowledgeable and respectful.
