I have to say, living in Washington DC for so long I've become a bit jadded with customer service. I just moved to Nacogdoches and needed an oil change and so I went to Take 5 and I was totally shocked by the excellent customer service I recived from Chris and Amber!! That experience made me happy I moved to Nac. Chris greeted me with a cold bottle of water and a friendly and very professional attitude. If all your technicians are like this, I won't go any other place. Thank you very much! See you soon. 😊
I went to get my oil changed, but I couldn't get it done right now due to another issue. So, they just checked the fluids and topped off my oil. The Tech forgot to put my oil cap back on and oil was everywhere. But, everything seemed to be good and my oil level was still good. I just think maybe he got distracted because where were talking for a few minutes while he was working on my truck. Overall I am satisfied with the service I received. Thank you!
