Take 5 on Midkiff and Andrews Hwy… Fantastic! The guys were great. Pulled in and they got to it. Very pleasant and professional. They even replaced a screw in the underside cover that the other guys left off. Above and beyond if you ask me. I’ll be going there from now on. Side note: I drove out of the take 5 on Wadley due to them being backed up for 30 minutes. I believe the wadley location is the one that left the screws out.
I work in an industry where customer service is everything, and Thomas and Nathaniel delivered. They caught an outstanding recall on my vehicle, confirmed the correct oil weight, and gave me honest options with no pressure. My husband and I will be back with our other vehicles and recommending them to everyone we know.
Polo took care of me the other day when going in for an oil change & offered additional services (fuel pump replacement). I was considering doing it myself, but Polo went the extra mile & offered to do it himself & was quick & efficient. I haven’t had any issues & appreciate his eagerness & willingness to do the job & get it done it a timely manner.
