Stopped in right at opening on a Thursday, my first experience at a Take 5. Needed my new resident emissions inspection and got an oil change. These two gentleman were the most courteous, informative, friendly, and fast customer service I’ve gotten anywhere. James and Antwan’s service will now make me a regular at this location for my oil changes. I had both services done and out the door in no time and I wasn’t even the first customer or only customer they were working with. They balanced everyone there respectfully and immediately, no one was left waiting and wondering when they’d be brought in. Great work guys, can’t say enough kind things about these two!
Michaela was fantastic! She offered to check my cabin filter and voila! She found that I had a complimentary auto care that maintenance plan that had been sitting in my glove box for months! Prior to this Michaela had already offered me a discount on my wipers. This lady knows what she’s doing. Stephen changed my oil in record time, he was courteous and friendly. My car has found its primary physician at this Take 5 location on West university and Graves street in McKinney Texas. Come check them out. Oh a NH d they do give you a complimentary water bottle, much needed in this hot Texas summer.
Ask for Emmitt, this guy is the best. Gave me a bottle of water and found me the best discounts. 103 degrees on my dashboard, him and his team got me in/out in 15 mins and Emmitt recommended the best place to get an air filter they didn't have in stock.
