This is my go-to spot for oil changes. Courtney, the GM, is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and straightforward. They’re fast, efficient, and no-nonsense. What I appreciate most is that when they recommend an additional service, they don’t just try to sell you something. They take the time to explain why it’s needed, show you the actual problem, and respect your decision if you choose to decline. Trust is huge when it comes to vehicle maintenance and repairs, and I genuinely trust Courtney’s recommendations. I never feel like I’m being sold a bag of goods or talked into something my vehicle doesn’t actually need. I’m originally from a large city and have been to many Take 5 locations over the years. They’ve always been convenient, but none have come close to the level of service Courtney and her team provide. Having this level of service locally is something I really appreciate, and they’ve definitely earned my business.
This experience was fabulous! The staff was very thorough and efficient and we felt confident that everything was checked that needed to be. We are from out of town but we’re so thankful to get caught up with an oil change when we were visiting Marshall. We’d certainly return. This is a reliable and quick oil change service.
