The guys at Take 5 were awesome. My guy was Zach. He was top notch. Very knowledgeable, very respectful, very great customer service skills, and great at add on selling. The whole team from Manager on down like a smooth running machine. That is the store I choose to continue to visit. Those guys represent your company very professionally. Friendly technicians. Didn’t try to get me to buy every single doodad and filter that goes on my jeep like they do at other places. Dude handed me a bottle of water, then proceeded to changed my oil checked my diff fluid then my tire pressure then my washer fluid and changed the wiper blades all before I could take a drink of it. I’ve never seen work get done that quickly and efficiently. The guy even checked with me every step of the way to show me that he was doing it right. I didn’t catch his name, but whoever the army veteran with the red beard is, he needs a raise and a bonus before he leaves to go work on a pit crew for nascar.
The guys were so polite and knowledgeable. I came in for an oil change and needed all my filters replaced. Zach informed me of my options but wasn't pushy. He was also able to tell me when everything was previously done They went above and beyond to make sure my car got everything it needed without trying to upcharge anything. I will come back again. Also, having a coupon I could quickly download before paying was nice.
