4 stars for service alone. 5 qt. oil change (full synthetic) and an air filter: $155. The service techs were fast, professional,and friendly....zero fault. I will not be returning. Currently, 5qt. cost between $20 - $30. Oil filters cost between $6 - $15. Air filter options cost $20ish. These are all whole sale prices. $65 in material, $90 for labor. Having performed many of my own oil changes in the past...$90 is a bit too much for me to let go for convenience. There were cheaper and more expensive options. $65 for materials, $40 for labor: $105 still seems high but more palatable.
They need to check there records before asking to do other things like coolant exchange. I already had it done 5 months ago and when my wife took the car for an oil change they did another one and charged me for it. After they were done they looked up my vehicle and found that it was done 5 months ago. So now I won’t be going back and telling everyone that I referred to you not to go back either.
I’m a little different, I bring my own oil. It’s Amsoil and it works great for me. They don’t give dumb looks or omg he’s got his own crap. They treated me well with respect. Only bad thing is last time my hood wasn’t latched down completely. So at 65 I saw it bouncing no prob. Just pulled over and closed it. Look it’s good people doing a dirty job well.
