great service great worker communication i took my truck here expecting quick service i saw they were super busy and trying there best to get everything done swiftly i know some people think take 5 mean 5 minutes but in reality its stage talk meaning Take 5 (Take a break) oil changes aren’t 5 minutes long if they are there not done right but honestly this gonna be my new spot from now on 9/10 id recommend to anyone needing service but don’t wanna make appointments, its all drive ins welcome
My first impression was not exactly a happy smile. But then again, we have no idea what that greeter is going through. Once the service started, everyone was so kind. Explained each thing to me and allowed and respected my choices with a smile. I was in and out fairly fast considering the bays were full when I first got there. I will go back. And I will recommend them to others.
Decided to do a last minute oil change, and lucked out that all bays were empty, so I pulled right in. It’s hot as heck outside, so sitting in the car, with window down, was hot. But, they very quickly gave me iced cold water. More expensive than I usually pay. It was convenient, decently fast, and didn’t need an appointment. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt safe while there and driving away. Overall, good experience!
