Excellent kilgore crew,didnt try to oversale,actually informed me through records had another couple thousand miles before oil needed to be change,checking oil anyways and topping everything off for free...went ahead took the advice changed wipers and added fuel cleaner! Very professional and quick. Very appreciated and satisfied!
Despite the bad weather, rain & humidity, the men were friendly and quickly changed the oil. One of the gentlemen had a heavily bandaged thumb and just truckedon through it with a smile and the other gentleman was patient with my questions. Hopefully their company appreciates the hard work, I did for sure! 10/10
I did not share a post last time due to possible common error, benefit of doubt, and the daytime manager who has been there forever took care of the situation at hand. Here we are again, same situation, months done the road, car emergency lights on due to oil being too full. This is not an angry post but one that I hope will be learned from. I’m just not wanting to have car problems in the future because this has happened twice.
