I had just got off a bad day at work and heading home for a long drive in traffic when my oil change warning came up and my engine saying it was too hot. Not what I needed. But I looked for the closest place online and found Take 5 to be the one. I pulled in and within 10 minutes the two fine young men called me forward and asked me what option I’d like. Once I did, they got to work and were the most polite, entertaining, and enjoyable part of my week. They had brightened my day with some playful jokes and silly banter. My only downside was having to get on my way. I only wish I had remembered their names, cause frankly, I’d drive way out of my way from Cypress or Pearland just to have my oil changes serviced by them again. Thank you gentlemen for perfect service with a healthy helping of good feelings and fun!

They topped off my fluids, replaced my dirty air filter, and changed my oil filter - my car feels brand new! The entire crew is friendly, welcoming, and works together like family. The shop is spotless and service comes with a smile. I'm definitely returning every 5,000 miles! Excellent customer service, wonderful crew!
