I brought my F-250 in for an oil change at 52,024 miles, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was professional, courteous, and treated both me and my vehicle with respect. They completed the service in a timely manner, explained everything clearly, and ensured my truck was well taken care of. The service department was clean, organized, and efficient, making the entire visit stress-free. It’s refreshing to find a team that takes pride in their work and values customer satisfaction. Today I visited the Take 5 location off Fry Road, and after using Take 5 locations in San Antonio, Schertz, Cypress, and now Katy, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I have received. The service was quick, but what stood out most was the customer service. Everything was presented professionally, the work was clearly explained, and the recommendations were suggestive rather than pushy, which I greatly appreciated. I drive a 2007 Mercury Milan, so any helpful maintenance information is valuable. However, it can sometimes be difficult to determine whether recommendations are genuine or simply an attempt to increase the cost. That was not the case here. I felt that the team was focused on what would actually benefit my vehicle. Marlin did a phenomenal job handling the maintenance on my vehicle, and Carter did an excellent job with his explanations, leadership, and professionalism toward customers. Five-star service all around.
I really wanted to share my experience with Marcus as he was very informative, kind, & knowledgeable on my vehicle and what I needed because of my high mileage! He explained to me that I may need a Coolant flush and I will be returning to this exact store to get that service done! Thank you Marcus for your quick & efficient work! Also Joel was really nice!
