The guys at Take 5 were absolutely amazing! There were 3 other cars that arrived after me but of course I was stuck behind someone that needed everything done to their vehicle lol, one of the guys came and apologized for the wait. Very nice gentleman. I understood that it’s not their fault so it was totally fine. Once it was my turn they worked so fast and team tagged my car, I was out of there quick! I believe who I dealt with was Kevin! Great service and quick per usual!
Got my oil changed by Logan he was amazing, quick, and very professional. Chris greeted me provided a cold water and explained everything very clearly. He noticed there was no record of my cabin air filter being changed (YUCK! He changed that) so he made sure I understood the differences in air filters and when to change them. Logan and Chris were both very wonderful and both explained everything clearly.
They are always friendly and offered me a water while waited. I only wish they would carry the cabin filter for my car. Because both times they have suggested it needed to be replaced but they didn’t have it in stock. Unfortunately having to go back later would be an inconvenience for me. Great group of guys. Thank you to Kevin and the other guys on the team. Always a quick transaction.
