I had an exceptional experience getting my oil & filter changed today at Take 5. First time getting service done here and they did not disappoint! Joseph was very knowledgeable and helpful! He helped me choose the right oil, showed me my vehicle filters and let me decide if I wanted them changed out, recommended follow-up services and maintenance needs to be aware of. He even reset my oil life gauge for me in my vehicle. It was a very easy, convenient, and comfortable process. I am very pleased with all aspects of my service!
The guys at Take 5 were absolutely amazing! There were 3 other cars that arrived after me but of course I was stuck behind someone that needed everything done to their vehicle lol, one of the guys came and apologized for the wait. Very nice gentleman. I understood that it’s not their fault so it was totally fine. Once it was my turn they worked so fast and team tagged my car, I was out of there quick! I believe who I dealt with was Kevin! Great service and quick per usual!
Got my oil changed by Logan he was amazing, quick, and very professional. Chris greeted me provided a cold water and explained everything very clearly. He noticed there was no record of my cabin air filter being changed (YUCK! He changed that) so he made sure I understood the differences in air filters and when to change them. Logan and Chris were both very wonderful and both explained everything clearly.
