I went to Take 5 on a Sunday morning. First time customer. Both employees were extremely professional. They kept me updated on each part of the service as they were doing it while I waited in my car with the bottle of water they offered. I was beyond pleased. They made suggestions on what I needed for regular maintenance without the high pressure sales tactic. While it was not the cheapest oil change (I opted for the Premium), it was well worth my time and the service. Definitely will go back and recommend.
The wait time for an oil change was 20 minutes, because the two working employees were not enough workers for the volume of cars on June 10, at 9 am. Suggest at least 3 employees, at all times. The staff, who were there, were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I will use continue to use the Hudson Oaks, TX., Take 5 again.
I’ve been here a few times! Everyone very sweet and personable !! I needed an oil change. They were on it. Offered me a very much appreciated ice cold water while I waited! I was in there no more than 20-30 minutes…. Never had to even get out of my truck. Thanks guys! 👍🏻 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ll be back again !
