Wow! Ivan and the ENTIRE TEAM there today were awesome. Everyone was so patient with all my questions about my warranty and maintenance for my car. They worked with me to see what discount I qualified for. Although it was hot outside, everyone had smiles on their faces. I’m honestly glad I came here and just got it done quickly instead of having to schedule an appointment and sit at the dealership for an hour. I’ll be back and I’ll recommend to friends!
Both my boyfriend and I have taken our vehicles to this location. First we took his 2023 Honda Civic had a wonderful experience. Yesterday we took my car a 2023 Acura Integra and same thing we received incredible service. I felt bad because we showed up like 20 min before closing and they had a vehicle they were working on BUT they still took us in and did not rush gave us the full friendly service. Diana was my technician she shared lots of knowledge w me and made me feel very confident in her work. Both my boyfriend and I will be coming back to this location! I recommend!
AMAZING!!! I had no idea I was gonna enjoy having an oil change. The staff was professional but each an everyone of them brought their separate personalities to the table, they were like a well oiled machine an all the parts worked perfectly!!! I hope he asked his manager about Happy Hour cause that was all that was missing. I would go back in a heartbeat. I Thank each an everyone of you for such a great experience.
