Been going here for over 5 Years for oil change, and only once did I have a small leak after an oil change but they fixed it right away no questions or extra charges. Very great location and great customer service. Rashad I believe was his name great employee.
I've been to this location twice now and both times the guys were so friendly and had me in and out in a reasonable time frame. I will continue to get my oil changed here. This past time I had them replace my windshield wiper blades in addition to them checking the air in my tires and checking the other fluids.
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Take 5 Oil Change and wanted to recognize Deontae for the outstanding customer service he provided. From the moment I arrived, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for both my vehicle and my overall experience. Deontae took the time to thoroughly educate me on which type of oil would be best suited for my vehicle rather than simply recommending a standard option. He explained the benefits clearly, answered my questions patiently, and made sure I felt confident in the decision being made for my car’s maintenance. His approach showed strong expertise as well as a commitment to helping customers make informed choices. What truly stood out was his attention to detail. He noticed that my vehicle registration was coming up for renewal and proactively informed me that inspections could also be completed at Take 5.
