Oil Change in Houston, TX at 1901 W. Gray.

This is my first visit to Take 5, where I was disappointed. I had to ask to have my other fluids checked, which normally is done. They usually check the tire Pressure. This was not done. I specifically asked if all the fluids had been topped off, the young man added wiper fluid. I asked if he checked the radiator he said yes. I checked it at home because I didn’t see him go to that side of the car and it was almost empty. I don’t know if this guy was new or not, but he didn’t seem to have the proper training. I even had to ask for a reminder sticker to go on the window for my next visit as I was pulling out. Instead of placing it on the windshield himself, he hand me the sticker. Not very good customer service. I also came in with my own oil filter And was given no discount on the price of the oil change. It was a great experience visiting yesterday. The entire team that assisted was amazing. It was in time for an oil change, which they could see in the system so they topped off all my fluids, let all the extra air out of the tires and got them to regulation. They were great with their communication. Shasta, the rest of the team made me feel very comfortable about. Returning. Five stars to all!

I came here for my inspection for emissions. Mike helped me out with quick and professional service. There were a couple things that really put the experience over the top for me: 1) Mike was very communicative. He told me where to pull in and guided me into the bay clearly. Another customer had arrived just before me, so I had to wait a couple minutes, but again, Mike explained that to me and I wasn't left wondering what was going on. And it was literally a couple minutes. 2) This is something that matters very much to me as a woman... At every part of the process where Mike would need to reach into the car (plugging the machine in or checking numbers inside the door), he told me exactly what he was going to do and where he was going to be reaching, etc. These might seem like small things, but this kind of clear communication helped me to feel safe, respected, and aware of the process. Overall, I am really grateful for the service I received. Mike, keep doing awesome work!

Excellent service from start to finish! As soon as I arrived, someone greeted me and directed me to the correct lane to park. When it was my turn, the team started working on my car immediately, so there was virtually no wait. Everyone was friendly, professional, and happy to answer my questions, making the whole experience quick and stress-free. It’s clear they value their customers and take pride in providing great service. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and excellent customer service.
