Devon and the Crew where nice and extremely knowledgeable of my vehicle the type of oil that it took they even checked and replaced my air filter also they replaced the cabin filter behind my glove box that I never knew I had they offered me water because it was hot and even the young lady who was underneath my car found a oil leak that I did not know about she took a video of it and came up and showed it to me Devon then put it in the notes my receipt so that I could take it to my mechanic to see about getting the leak fixed I love that about them it did not take 5 minutes however it was closer to 15 or 20 because I had issues with the filters that I was not aware of I also had a $25 coupon that I got online which helped a lot . A BIG THANK YOU !! To all of them I will be a returning customer and I have no problem with referring my coworkers at University of Houston.

Yet again a great experience on 9/2/26!! 👏🏼👏🏼 This location provides fantastic service, is super-fast, and has kind, courteous, respectful men working there!! I continue to love this location and the service they provide (without trying to upsell stuff I don’t need - as a woman I feel that needs to be stated because it matters, and shows an upstanding, honest business). I have used this location 3 or 4 times now and will continue!!

I had an excellent experience at this location. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was professional, friendly, and respectful. They explained every step of the service clearly, answered my questions, and never made me feel pressured to purchase anything I didn’t want. In addition to the oil change and oil filter replacement, they checked several important components of my vehicle, including the air filter, cabin filter, fluid levels, transmission, coolant, windshield washer fluid, tires, and more. They took the time to explain what needed attention and gave me the option to decide which services I wanted, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated that they took the time to explain when I should return for my next oil change and how to keep my vehicle in good condition. I work in customer service as well, so I know firsthand that it is not always easy to maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude throughout the day. I visited around 4:00 PM, when many people have already spent hours assisting customers, and yet I still received warm, patient, and professional service from the entire team. A special thank you to Ric and the rest of the team for their outstanding work. The experience was so positive that I will definitely return for future services and happily recommend this location to others. -Selena
