Not all Take Fives are the same, I’ll be the first to record that. I take my three vehicles to the same one at Cypress N Houston and Jones and have done so since they opened. I think they use this location for training because it’s always top shelf. I’ve done other T5’s locations and honestly the experience isn’t the same.
They did a great job! My son took his car in for an oil change and inspection. The technician there pointed out a very important issue with his coolant level and potentially saved us a huge expense, which I am so thankful for! I appreciate their thoroughness. The only negative I would say is the price (which has nothing to do with the tech) $90 for an oil change on a small 2 door car seems a bit steep.
The guys were amazing that service my car. I didn’t realized how much it was when I stopped in but the quickly gave me all the options and benefits of each option and I was able to pick something that worked for my vehicle. I appreciate them and I will Be back to that location so they can continue to assist me.
