Alex was amazing to work with. He was incredibly polite, respectful, and thorough. He walked me through a complete safety inspection, topped off the air in my tires, and made sure everything was good to go. The oil change itself was super fast and completely hassle-free, all without having to leave my car. The convenience of this location paired with top-tier customer service from Alex makes it worth every penny. I will definitely be coming back!
I tried different locations but this one I go faithfully! The guys are very friendly providing very welcoming environment and everytime I come here they treat me like family! They check Everything I need and very knowledgeable on what I would need for my car! Shout out to guys with all the tattoos on the head(didn’t get his name), he helped me out a lot! These guys at this location does a really good customer service! Thank you all
I can’t say enough great things about Take 5! Cameron is absolutely the best. Every time I come in, he goes above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of. Not only did he handle my oil change quickly and efficiently, but he also checked my tire pressure and took the time to look into another issue I was having with my car. Cameron is always professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He never makes me feel rushed and always takes the time to explain things and make sure everything is in great shape before I leave. His entire staff deserves recognition as well. They are consistently friendly, fast, and reliable, making every visit a positive experience. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days, and that’s why I keep coming back. Highly recommend Take 5 and especially Cameron!
