*Edit update My third time around with different catz and the same game. How does this group hire the best freaking team? I actually look forward to getting my oil changes now. Great smiles from everyone and so friendly. I drive all day with my job so I need y'all on a frequent. Thanks for taking care of me guys! Love to all my Take 5 brothers and sisters. I've hit 2 locations now and I get right in with friendly service. I appreciate being offered cold water but on the flip side I did have to ask for the coupon, It wasn't just offered. It never showed up but I was given it anyway, lovely. 3 beautiful people helped me, each one smiling. Maybe it's me just coming in with a positive vibe or maybe it's the cool catz you hire. Either way, its working.. I kinda guess you might be gifted with being able to hire good management to get the working class people to be so happy just doing what they do. It would take a really bad experience to leave them now. Im sold! BTW I'm working class too, haha, so no hate required.
Mr. Thomas supplied great customer service. He was very helpful, intentional and was very kind. He offered Cold water, he was very knowledgeable of The issue my vehicle had. He showed me on the Amazon website the parts that I needed to fix the problem and even secure my loose parts in the back of the trunk so that it wouldn’t get damaged or ruin the carpet in my truck. When the parts were ordered, I came back and he installed it without any hesitation And showed great courtesy. Thank you take 5!
I always receive incredible service by the whole team. Especially Trey! The other day I went in for an oil change and told him was going through a rough patch due to a recent death in the family and he asked the last name to give prayers for the family. That truly touched me. That is why I always go for all my oil change needs. They truly go above and beyond for you! They also do state inspections for anyone looking for an affordable place to get them done. 10 out of to recommend this location!
