As soon as I pulled in with my vehicle to inquire services, I was immediately greeted and asked how could they help, checked to make sure they had my oil and filter available and advised I pull in. Waited a bit for them to complete a prior service but was asked if I wanted water and added to system. Started service about 10mins later not long but started working without interruptions and completed my services and asked to complete a survey and sorry totally forgot the manager’s name but he completed my service and the other young man assisted by checking after him to make sure everything was done correctly. Loved that! My car has been out for a few months so this oil change was needed afterwards but it ran so much better and I was so happy how I was treated as a woman I didn’t feel taken advantage of and they made sure to service me just like a man would who came in for service, I didn’t feel uncomfortable or had any feelings of being oversold, they serviced exactly what I came in for. Thank you, definitely will be back
These guys are amazing! This is the best customer service I’ve received (on many occasions by the way!) in any car service environment. Marcus, MOD sets a high standard for a customer experience to appreciate, and Avanta explained everything with a smile and a great attitude. Not to mention these temps they work in! Get your oil changed here! So worth it! 🤩👏🏼🛢️ Appreciate you guys!
I've been to more than one Take 5 Oil Change place but this one is the best I need the best service ever all of the guys are so professional not to mention their friendliness they made me feel better than my own family LOL give those guys a raise they are truly very professional and truly offer great customer service I will definitely be going there from here on out thank you guys great job to all y'all give those guys a raise🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑
