Mike the shop Manager and Berry hands down, some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! The gentleman who helped me was extremely positive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a great experience. His energy and attitude stood out immediately. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire oil change process quick and stress-free. You can tell he takes pride in his work and understands what GREAT customer service is supposed to look like.Employees like him are the reason customers come back. Take 5 definitely has a great one on their team they deserves recognition!
I just had one of the most amazing experiences of Customer Services and professionalism by Dante and young female lady at this location today around noon. I went for an oil change and Young man and young female came outside and were super friendly kind and polite. I was impressed buy the way they conducted themselves. I felt special. This is very unique experience. I am happy i have this experience. It was pleasant. Thank you Dante and young lady. I wish you the best for your future and career.
Hello Take 5, my first time as a customer. The service was amazing. All steps were explained as far as of my request and recommendations. I presented with the best package for my vehicle. I was given a recommendation that was much needed. The coupon was a wonderful that help cost of oil change, filter and wipers blade replace. This location rated with at least 4stars.
