Take 5 is the only place I go to get my oil changed. To my surprise I had two ladies doing it for me very nice touch. All the many times going there, I’m just finding out that I can go back before it’s time to get a a new oil change to get all of my fluids checked and can get up to a quart of oil for free if my car needs it. It had to take a woman manager for me to find this out. Very Disappointed With All Of Your Male Managers. I have been a customer of yours to long to just be finding this out. But Thanks to the lady manager the one that only works on Saturday at SH6 & Westpark.
I went there for a regular oil change and it was recommended to me that I have what's called a coolant exchange.I agreed because I'd never had that done before.And my car is twenty six years old , so I thought it might be a good idea. My air has never worked so good. I thank the people that work there. They were very, very polite, very informative, and that's where I'm going from now on.
Chi Excellent service! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on finding the best solution for our vehicle rather than simply selling additional services. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he greeted us with a great attitude and a genuine smile, which made a big difference. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service so well. Highly recommended! Thank you for taking such good care of us. 🚗👏
