I had my oil change yesterday and wanted to recognize the outstanding service I received. When I arrived, there were three vehicles already being serviced and three more waiting, yet there were only two employees working. Despite being extremely busy, they worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally without sacrificing quality or safety. They made sure all of the necessary safety checks were completed, and throughout the entire process they maintained a positive, friendly attitude. It’s refreshing to see employees who take pride in their work and provide excellent customer service even under pressure. They both deserve recognition for a job well done!
