Today was my first time at take 5. I left very much satisfied not just with my oil change, but the customer service. Danny and Jacob we're quick to help me out. They made me feel welcomed and I even got a water bottle. They made sure my air filter was clean and my tires were topped off. My cars battery gave out twice before i could leave. Danny and Jacob were quick to get me going again. I greatly appreciate them for that. I usually spend about 60-70 on a oil change, here it was about $100. Truthly didnt mind the price after the amazing customer service. Definitely will be coming again.
My first oil change at Take 5 oil change since I moved to Texas from Chicagoland area. I was so impressed with the customer service I recieved from the moment I pulled up when the Manager Danny stepped up the my truck immediately with a cold water in his hand. Very nice greeting, letting me know I would be next shortly. I have never seen a person multi task the way the Manager Danny did! I believe he was also training someone, greeting customers with water and a smile. Doing oil changes. I regret not recording him. Running on pure Adrenaline and Happy to be at his job!! Spreading the Happiness!! His Trainee did a very good job as well. Great customer service with a smile and much respect!!!
Danny turned what could have been a frustrating experience into an excellent one. I was getting an oil change when the power went out, which caused everyone to be stuck waiting in line. Instead of letting customers wonder what was going on, Danny immediately stepped in and took charge. He kept everyone informed, moved quickly to help where he could, and handled the situation with professionalism and a positive attitude. What really stood out was his outstanding customer service. He made the effort to communicate with every vehicle, keeping everyone updated and making sure customers felt acknowledged during the unexpected delay. It's clear he genuinely cares about providing a great experience, even when things don't go as planned. Excellent service recovery, great communication, and an amazing attitude. Employees like Danny are the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you for turning an inconvenient situation into a positive experience! Service done on 7/20/2026
