After waiting so many hours at other places, we finally gave them a shot and now we won’t go anywhere else. The Greenville, TX location is great. The guys are so nice, informative but not pushy, quick and great service! We love coming here, would recommend it to anyone. Price wise it’s about the same as most places, but the longest I’ve waited was maybe 25 minutes total!
Personally, I will never go to this Take 5 in Greenville again. There was only one vehicle that was in the bay and it was a large pickup and then the two bays were empty so the girl instructed me to go to the third Bay which I did. She said we'll be with you in just a few minutes. I kept waiting and waiting and I even timed it before they even got to me and it was 27 minutes before they even paid attention to me and I was getting ready to leave and finally they finished with that one big truck but the thing was there was three people working on that truck and they were over there laughing and joking and cutting up and that really made me feel uncomfortable too just like a bunch of high school kids. So I will never go back there again. I'll go to Walmart or I'll go to Valvoline but you lost my business. I'm a Vietnam veteran and I did get better and discount that's the only Plus about that place. Also this is an add-on to what I've already said. I just now checked my receipt and it said they check the tires which they did not check the tires it said that the windshield was cleaned they didn't even touch my windshield so I guess they're trying to make a big impression on corporate office saying that they're doing everything which they're not. This is what really pisses me off.
Always EXCELLENT service! & they thoroughly describe & detail precautions to be had on your auto, detailing possible future mishaps that may need to be addressed sooner than later! Live the Greenville location over the Sulphur Springs location. See yall in about 1 Month!
