The team at the Take 5 Oil Change on William Dr, Georgetown are honest employees. I took my caddie in for an oil change due to a message pop up saying I needed an oil change. The two employees who was about to change my engine oil had pulled up my info in the system and saw that I wasn’t due for an oil change for another 8000 miles. I forgot to reset my oil life in my car. The moral to the story is, they could have went ahead and change my engine oil to make a sell. Instead, the two employees were honest and did the right thing by not changing my engine oil. Job well done. I recommend everyone to go there if they live in the surrounding area. Matthew and his team are outstanding. Fair and honest plus very knowledgeable. They want to give great service but only on what you need. Also found their oil prices below the market and their add on services like rear differential service way below. Jeep charges $400 and they charged $119. Also Matthew leads the franchise and is a good person. Honest guy from Southeast Texas doing it right for Central Texas!
They were very nice and they gave me a bottle of water. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job changing my oil and flushing my radiator and feeling it with coolant. And the price was very reasonable, and he gave me ten dollars off on my bill. Steven , Devin and Nickolas . Were very courteous and gave great customer service. I will be coming back for my oil changes in the future, and I will be sending all my friends to them . A plus service! Thank you . Lisa H
