⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change, thanks to Victoria! She provided excellent service and genuinely took the time to make sure everything was taken care of properly. I really appreciated her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and the care she showed throughout the visit. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service. I was satisfied with my experience at the Frisco location. All staff were professional and provided water bottles to customers given the heat index. They were timely and efficient. My mechanic was a young man who had exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable, asked questions, explained each service, and discussed future recommendations & timelines. It’s a bit pricey in my opinion but these things have to done. I’ve only used this business for my oil changes since relocating to TX earlier this year.
Three lanes with 3 to 4 cars in each lane with only three guys in one gal working I was in and out of there and under a half an hour, and I can’t tell you how impressed I was with Blain. 106° outside 6:30 PM and those four were HANDLING BUSINESS With genuine, good attitudes. I honestly have never seen anything like this. You guys are awesome. There’s no chance I’ll ever get my oil changed anywhere else as long as I’m within about 25 miles at this place.
