I had a great experience at Take 5 for my oil change! I even happened to run into someone I knew, Dre, while I was there. He provided excellent customer service, and the other mechanics were just as friendly, professional, and helpful. The entire process was efficient and didn’t take long at all, but I never felt like they were rushing me through. You could tell they genuinely cared about their customers and making sure everything was taken care of properly. If you’re looking for a quick, easy, and pleasant place to get your oil changed, I definitely recommend Take 5. Great service, great people, and an overall great experience!
The guys here were so nice and helpful! Came for an oil change and they ended up also changing my oil filter and air filter. I didn’t want the air filter at first but they insisted and even gave me a discount. I was thinking my cars old AC was dying but turns out I really needed that air filter changed! Love a car place that doesn’t make women feel like they’re being taken advantage of. Update 3 years later: Came to Take 5 for an inspection and had a great experience with Luis & Riley! Both were super friendly, communicative, and provided great service. Really appreciate them working hard and keeping such a great attitude even in this Texas heat. They even offered me water & to check my cabin air filter.
What a GREAT experience at Take 5 on Hulen. We were welcomed by Dre and he could not have been more helpful and enthusiastic. We were there to have coolant added and an emissions test performed. We then met Riley who was very professional and completed the emissions test. He completed the test and thoroughly explained the process as what to do next as far as vehicle registration requirements. While there, we had an opportunity to donate to a charitable cause. If $5.00 was donated by a customer, Dre rang a bell. He was thrilled about the donation and we asked him to ring it again. He was excited to do so. He was without a doubt Mr. Personality Plus. Both gentlemen are fantastic employees. They deserve at least 10 stars. We will definitely be back for all that Take 5 offers to keep our vehicles running smoothly. Thank you Dre and Riley for your outstanding customer service.
