I want to give a huge thank you to Pedro for always providing such amazing and attentive service! My partner and I are regular customers, and Pedro has routinely taken care of our oil changes. He always recognizes us, remembers us, and makes sure we feel taken care of every time we come in. We truly appreciate Pedro’s consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail. It means a lot to have someone who genuinely cares about providing great service and making customers feel valued. We will definitely continue coming back and appreciate all his hard work!
First time at this Take 5 and Pana made it easy. Stayed in the car the whole time, in and out fast, and he walked me through the full 15-point check as they went — oil, filter, drain plug and gasket all replaced, washer fluid topped off, tires and wipers checked. He caught the military discount without me having to ask, which knocked almost $30 off. Aaron was running the pit and kept things moving. They recommended an air filter, cabin filter and coolant service but didn't push when I passed. Straight answers, no upsell games. I'll be back at 93,359.
Went for an oil change after disillusionment with Meineke's creepy and violent waiting area television programming that "could not be changed" (?!) and Firestone's extreme confusion and long wait time despite my appointment. All of the Take5 workers were quick, courteous, and especially knowledgeable and patient explaining what my car needed and why. It was obvious they are a close-knit and hardworking team. Helped me find coupons, too! I ended up spending more $ than expected but it was definitely time for a coolant flush -- probably just in the nick of time before something exploded in this crazy Texas heat. Thanks, Take 5!
