The customer service was through the roof upon arrival! That’s for starters, they covered all bases and I found myself at a loss for words. I couldn’t think of anything to ask them to do for me or my vehicle. Locations with this type of service makes you not wanna go to any other establishment or any other location that provides oil changes. I’d have to say this location’s service is unmatched in my opinion and I’ve been to plenty oil change places in the last 5 years!
Paige was very helpful and polite. She made sure to explain everything well and in a way that we could understand. She was also courteous of the fact that we had children in the car and in the heat. I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he was nice and helpful as well. They both brought it to our attention that our coolant needed flushed and wasn't any good, we went ahead and got it done, and instantly noticed a difference in the cold air in our car. Thank you!
Got the oil changed and a State Inspection ... awesome crew .... they are highly methodical in dealing with all the customers as they line up. I actually was across the street where I've been taking are vehicles for several years now. I dreaded going cause I know how disorganized they become when they get a little traffic going. Well that's exactly what was taking place this day ... waiting for about 15 minutes at the counter without even " will be with you in a minute ", I went outside and told my ball n chain that we likey needed to wait for another day. She began to throw a fit, so I prayed ... and the lord spoke, looked like for a minute a burning bush ... but no, it was actually the guy parked next to us vaping ... regardless, he sent me to Take 5 .... and the rest is history.. so a customer for life and I'm telling everyone to go there if they're not already ... thanks guys!
