Got the oil changed and a State Inspection ... awesome crew .... they are highly methodical in dealing with all the customers as they line up. I actually was across the street where I've been taking are vehicles for several years now. I dreaded going cause I know how disorganized they become when they get a little traffic going. Well that's exactly what was taking place this day ... waiting for about 15 minutes at the counter without even " will be with you in a minute ", I went outside and told my ball n chain that we likey needed to wait for another day. She began to throw a fit, so I prayed ... and the lord spoke, looked like for a minute a burning bush ... but no, it was actually the guy parked next to us vaping ... regardless, he sent me to Take 5 .... and the rest is history.. so a customer for life and I'm telling everyone to go there if they're not already ... thanks guys!
1st time visit. Will return when our other vehicles need maintenance or state inspection. They were very busy (that’s good sign!) and the overall time was longer than I expected, but the team was methodical and kept work moving. Charles greeted us promptly, Chris informed me during the process and made recommendations (showing why; dirty a/c cabin filter), and Nick did the state inspection. They worked well as a team. Made recommendations without being overly aggressive; just matter-of-fact and why. It’s not cheap, but fairly priced. Good and fast isn’t cheap. But, Cheap and fast isn’t good.
I haven’t even got my oil change yet and I’m excited to write a review. Ritz Carlton found that if the experience at check in was flawless the entire experience the remainder of the trip was better. I think its because you realized people are behind it and people make experiences better even when they are not perfects These guys are great, and turns out I didn’t have to get my 2.5 year old out of the car. They make it so easy.
