I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to share my great experience at this Take 5 Oil Change location. I’ve been to another one before where my engine cover wasn’t put on correctly, so I was hesitant to come back. This time, I chose a location with better reviews, and now I see why! Ashley was amazing—she greeted me early at 7:30am with a great mood, kept the conversation friendly, and explained everything clearly. It’s such a relief to get service from someone who really cares. Highly recommend this place!
I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Highway 377 today! Ahkeelin, Garret, and Ashley were absolutely amazing. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. What impressed me most was that they worked hard to get me the best price possible, which I truly appreciated. The service was quick, efficient, and the team made me feel valued as a customer from start to finish. It’s not often you find a group of employees who genuinely care about providing great customer service, but Ahkeelin, Garret, and Ashley definitely do.
