Horrible for the last time. I have planned poorly in the past and had to come by here on weekends. Always understaffed and slow service. Today, 3 service techs - 3 vehicles in the bay. You would think that would take what? 30 minutes? It's called take 5, but hey, give them some slack. 45 minutes later a pickup - looks like a contractor - pulls up next to me. 15 minutes later the middle bay opens and they show him in. 15minutes later I am still there. In over an hour they did one vehicle. Did the manager ever come out an apologize or explain? Nope. I will never go back.
Pulled in for a quick oil change on Thursday morning/afternoon 7/16/26. Not one car was in line. It was my lucky day. Anyway, a young man named Landon (I think) was so very helpful. I was looking at a filter I had already had in my car for replacement and he was nice enough to put in for me. I'm so glad he did. Thats when he pulled the other one out and noticed it wasn't even put in correctly. It was all bent up, like someone wasn't sure how to put it in. Fortunately, Landon took good care of the situation with the replacement filter. This is just one more reason I only want to go to this location. Thanks again for the great customer service! Stopped in for a back window replacement wiper blade. I didn't get the workers name, but he gave me a great deal on new front wipers, and the back one. Normal cost would have been $100.00+. Instead, he gave me a $40 discount, therefore only charging $60.00. I thought that was truly sweet of him. That is the ONLY location I go to because they've ALWAYS treated me like a great customer. It's hard to come by that anymore. Their kindness is truly appreciated!
The entire team was such a knowledgeable and refreshing team. Everyone was courteous, kind, and professionalism. They offered me cold water due to the temps, made me aware of every step as well as the price upfront. Landon educated me about the importance of a clean air filter and gave a great analogy. I will definitely be back when I need servicing again.
