I drive a 2024 QX60 infinity- First time at this new location (Forney) and I was very with their service. They didn't just check or work on changing my oil but also asked if they can check other things that may need to be looked at. The other location did not do this. Thank God they did because my air filter and cabinet filter was beyond dirty which the dealership failed to do their job. And not only that my coolant was also needing service. Excellent work by these guys. Awesome customer service. I would recommend this location. Big shout out to Ryan.
5 stars! David and Jr. were fast, professional, and very informative throughout the entire oil change. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and had me back on the road in no time. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!
They fired the last crew guys! The team that came to save the shop is doing a great job! I can speak for Ashton and David! They are amazing, efficient, work well under pressure and keep a smile. This was my first experience away from the dealership and I’ve found my new spot for my oil change and filter change!
