Caesian provided excellent service today. My cabin air filter was in a very difficult spot, but he worked patiently and incredibly hard to remove and replace it. He remained kind and professional throughout the entire process, even after another customer had been unkind to him. I truly appreciated his effort, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond to help me. Caesian deserves to be recognized for the outstanding service he provided!

6/7/2027 I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Floresville, and I wanted to specifically recognize Michael L. for providing exceptional customer service. I normally have my 2021 Toyota 4Runner serviced at Take 5 in San Antonio. From the moment I arrived, Michael greeted me with a positive attitude, a smile, and a genuine desire to help. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I would also like to share a note for the district manager. While sitting in my vehicle during the service, I noticed how incredibly hot the service bay area was and this was before noon. There appeared to be very little air circulation, and it was uncomfortable even for the short time I was there. It made me think about the hardworking employees who spend 8–10 hours a day in those conditions. I strongly encourage management to consider installing industrial fans to improve airflow and provide a safer, more comfortable working environment for the team. Employees who work as hard as Michael and the rest of the crew deserve that investment. Thank you, Michael Lujan, for the outstanding service and positive attitude. It did not go unnoticed.

Great service. The technician really helped even with some issues they don't normally deal with. He gave some really good advice and offered to look at all possible options for what was wrong with my jeep. Hopefully we'll get it taken care of soon.
