Today was the first time I got my oil change done at Take 5 I usually go to Walmart but the last time I went it took 3 hours. The shop is right next to my job so after I got off work I drove over and I was greeted by tech Juan he was very friendly offered me a bottle of water because it is the summer and good lord baby Jesus it is hot! I was then greeted by GM Angel who explained to me in full detail what services I would be getting he changed my oil and topped off my fluids and also informed me that if there are any issues to reach out as soon as possible. Overall it was a friendly experience I felt welcomed and definitely will be returning again in the future!
The manager, Angel, and his coworker, Juan, were awesome and have won my business going forward. They were friendly, professional, and explained their observations with recommendations well. Juan also provided me directions to an auto parts store and wrote the address down for me. They were a great team and went above and beyond in their customer service so much that I actually remembered both of their names!
