I came in because of an oil leak after a recent oil change. From the moment I arrived, I received outstanding customer service. A professional young lady greeted me, offered me a cold bottle of water on a very hot day, and immediately checked out my concern. She found that the drain plug was damaged and replaced it at no charge. Her professionalism, care, and willingness to help was impressive. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and she exceeded my expectations. I later learned that she was the store manager, which made perfect sense given the way she handled everything. I highly recommend this business and truly appreciate the excellent service I received.

From the moment I pulled in, the team treated me with kindness, humor, and genuine care. They didn’t just go through the motions they connected. They made me laugh when I really needed it, and that shifted my entire day more than they probably realize. The service itself was quick, smooth, and done right, but it was the energy of this crew for me that deserves recognition. You can tell they work well together, take pride in what they do, and actually care about the people coming through. I will seriously be back just to see them again!
