Five stars! The workers were amazing, especially Samantha. She explained the details about my car clearly and made the whole experience easy. Everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place if you need an oil change—it took less than five minutes!
I went in yesterday around 5PM and I was the first one there before rush hour. I was greeted with a smile and a refreshing bottle of water! Nice! Once I pulled into the bay, the greeter got right to it. I told him I was there for an oil change and I’d like exactly what I had last time. He told me absolutely and that they would get started right away and like lightning from the sky other team members jumped in and started going to work. I watched check my coolant levels and by the look on his face, I knew the upsell was coming. Let me tell you…he NAILED it. At one point he was so concerned with my coolant levels and making sure that I bought this service that he was stumbling over his words and said , “Let me start over.” I knew then that he wasn’t just selling me a product. He genuinely was concerned for my coolant. He even offered me a little discount and I couldn’t say no. Well done!! My car is now blowing out the coldest air in Galveston county. I promise you! Anyways, get your tires over to Take 5 in Dickinson and let them take care of you!! Best service I’ve had anywhere in a very long time! I’ll be back!
