Very professional and friendly. I was offered a bottle of water while I waited to have my oil changed. It was determined that I needed a new air filter but Take 5 was out of the filter that fit my car, so the technician said if I purchased one at Auto Zone, I could come back and he would install it. Auto Zone was in the same parking lot as Take 5. I purchased both the air and cabin filters and then returned to Take 5 and he put them both in for me. I have been getting my oil changed here for many years and will continue to do so.
As always it was a great experience. Everybody was polite and interactive while still getting the job done in record time. I tell everyone about my take 5 on plano rd. Now my roommate and several of my good friends use take 5. It's wonderful to stop in whenever I want and they check all my fluids, top them off and check and fill my tire pressure AT NO CHARGE. Thanks guys. You have no Idea how great this service is to us getting up there in years. J.R. Ewing
From the time I came into the lane until I left the crew made me feel at peace and comforted. They took over and explained all the details and pricing and assured me that I was going to achieve what I came there for. I was tired from running my errands all day but I needed to get my car inspected so I could get the new registration sticker. When Joel, the assistant manager, asked me if I had my insurance card I realized I didn't know how I was going to achieve that goal. I didn't even have one at home, but he helped me, unwaveringly, until we got it online. He hung in there with me, giving me peace and calm assurance and I got my inspection! I have nothing but the utmost of respect for the crew and their joint effort to do a great, and much needed, job. Great teamwork, guys! 💯
