The level of professionalism exceeded my expectations. From offering water upon arrival to introducing themselves, following proper protocols, and clearly communicating their actions to the team during the service process, they demonstrated exceptional conduct. Their impressive upselling program adds even more value. I highly recommend this location.
Very professional and friendly. I was offered a bottle of water while I waited to have my oil changed. It was determined that I needed a new air filter but Take 5 was out of the filter that fit my car, so the technician said if I purchased one at Auto Zone, I could come back and he would install it. Auto Zone was in the same parking lot as Take 5. I purchased both the air and cabin filters and then returned to Take 5 and he put them both in for me. I have been getting my oil changed here for many years and will continue to do so.
Take 5 is my go to oil change shop. They always have me in and out super quick and do a great job. They also been able to swap out other fluids and keep me up to date on other maintenance needs. The guys there are always friendly and pleasant
