Great experience from start to finish. Juan was especially helpful. He explained the whole process, walked me through everything smoothly, and made sure I understood what was being done without trying to overcharge or sell me things I didn’t need. It’s funny because the stereotype about car shops is usually that they’ll always find something extra to charge you for 😂 but definitely not here. Everything felt transparent, professional, and fair. Great service. Highly recommended, and shoutout to Juan, Marco and Becca.
I had a great experience at Take 5, and Daniel was amazing! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail. Daniel is definitely an asset to the Take 5 team. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back!
Went to kwik Kar...they told me I need a new oil pan gasket, silicone to seal it and that work along with the oil change will cost $535.00. Should have gone here first. Nothing that was claimed to be wrong was wrong period. oil was changed no problem in 15 minutes. needed new filters and wipers. everything was done super fast and super quick. Can't say enough about Ashley and Solomon as well as the rest of the crew... Q and juan are awesome....helped me in a pinch...
