Everyone was polite and professional. Alex performed the inspection, oil change and other necessary maintenance. Alex explained each step and took the time to make sure I understood and was comfortable with each step. This is very important as a female with limited understanding regarding my car’s mechanical issues. I was very appreciative of the effort and time Alex took with me. I highly recommend Take Five for ladies who want to trust a mechanic. I will definitely be a regular customer!
Great service at this location always! Jeremiah was great. He explained recommended services without being pushy about upselling. Will take his recommendations for next time! The only reason we didn’t do it today was because of time in our part. The whole team works well together in spite of the dreadful heat!
On one of the hottest days in typical Texas and busiest for state inspections choosing this location after my nearby didn't have an inspector. All bays had cars waiting. The service guys were steadily working with one approaching the waiting customers with iced bottled water. After waiting I decided to go inside and immediately was suffocating with heat. No air or fans!! Shocking due to the conditions of how these guys work. This became a heartbreaking issue for me. Inquiring with a service tech of the AC issue was very disappointing and inhumane in all areas of their working conditions. I decided to not wait any longer. My heart was breaking for these guys. The least I could do was to go get beverages with large iced cups. Returning to drop off to the thankful crew. I WON'T RETURN TO THIS BUSINESS TO POUR MY MONEY INTO WHEN THEY DON'T POUR INTO THEIR EMPLOYEES!! TAKE 5, TAKE 5 AND GET AC AND BETTER CONDITIONS FOR THESE GUYS!! SN: If you're gong to this location be kind and offer them something other than the cold water they offer friendly to you....
