Oil Change in Dallas, TX at 4004 Lemmon Ave..

I’ve been taking my car here for about 4 years and it’s always been a great/quick experience. This time I went for a regular oil change/inspection, but then also a few maintenance items I’d put off for too long. Juan did a great job explaining what they recommended be done and what the options were. He did it without being pushy, but instead by explaining why it’s important, how often should be done, and what can happen if I don’t do it. I knew he was telling the truth too because one of the things was something my wife and I had put off with her car and we literally had the exact problem 1 month ago that Juan said a car would have. He also physically showed me an old filter (that I had never replaced in the 99,000 miles I’ve had my car) next to the new one so I could see it. I also want to mention Richard. He was really kind and patient while I was trying to get my insurance to load (took me 10 minutes), didn’t make me feel rushed (even though I was trying to find it quickly). He also seemed to be training another guy on something and was doing it with patience as well. Seemed to be just an all-around great guy. Everyone else working when I was there (around 2pm on 6/30/26) was efficient and real nice. Shoutout to the whole team even though I didn’t get everyone’s names - I haven’t had a bad experience here in ~4 years.

I showed up to this Take 5 about 45 minutes before closing on a Sunday, which I normally try to avoid because I know what it’s like being on the other side of that in customer service, and I never want to be “that guy.” But it was the only window I had, and these guys absolutely delivered. The second I pulled up, it was world class service. Jonathan, Corbin, and Manny were working the bays, and every single one of them was welcoming, professional, and genuinely seemed like they enjoyed what they were doing. Having worked in the service industry for a long time, you can tell when a team has a good culture and actually likes taking care of people, and that was definitely the vibe at this Take 5. They helped me with both an oil change and a state inspection, moved quickly, answered all of my questions, and kept a great attitude the entire time, especially that close to closing. Fast, friendly, and professional across the board. I’ll definitely be coming back here. Thank you gentlemen!

Love this place the guys are great a fast. I will say that the bathroom was a mess and so was the waiting area. I get that you’re not expected to be in those areas but I would equate it to a freshman dorm. I’m still giving 5 stars because you don’t go here for the hang out bathroom factor!
