All of the guys did a great job. I was greeted with a cold bottle of water, by a very respectful young man but I didn't get a chance to get his name. But he was knowledgeable about the 1996 truck I was driving.... Edwyn, was my main tech. He was friendly ,patient and personablethe. Take 5 is right across the street from my job. So everything worked out perfect. I went on my lunch break and I got back in time to clock in perfect service.
After getting off of work I decided to get an oil change while I was driving my father’s truck. It was literally 10 minutes left of closing time but Jadarryl & Benny still assisted me. From figuring out how to pop the hood & patience with the card reader they were awesome. I had to drive back to East Texas & I made it there safely. I was very content & pleased with the customer service & assistance provided. 10/10.
I just wanted to say shout out Bernard and the tech that was helping I didn’t get his name but they gave excellent customer service in every way. Outside temp was 107 and these guys are working and sweating but their attitude was so kind, friendly & grateful to be serving me as the customer. That rly stood out to me and can we get the techs a tip jar?
