Best Take 5 in DFW. I drive all over the metroplex for work and usually have to find somewhere in the midst of my busy day to get an oil change and have to deal with the service advisor selling stuff. However, that was not the case of this location. Dee the shop manager, Caleb and another great tech gave me a great experience. I was in and out faster than I’ve been at any other location and don’t feel like I need to get under the car and check to see if it was done correctly myself. My favorite option if you need any basic services done in a timely manner.
I have anxiety getting oil changed because I simply do not know enough about cars and I’m never sure if I’m just being sold to or if my car genuinely needs something serviced. However, I had 0 anxiety having my car serviced here, Caleb explained why he was was recommending the services my car needed (coolant flush, air filter) by explaining my car facts, what coolant does, and how we are impacted by living in hot weather, etc. I didn’t feel like he was just trying to get me to do something for sake of sales because he was not pushy at all. He also wasn’t upset that I had a coupon, I’ve had previous techs show visible irritation that I had a coupon; Caleb and the rest of the team were very friendly and personable. I’ve never returned to the same place for getting my oil changed, but I do feel comfortable returning here. Thank you guys!! :)
Both of gentlemen, there were very nice and kind and knowledgeable, and what they were doing. The technician took the extra time to go in my vehicle and look under the dashboard. Instead of just in the dashboard and replace a new filter for the inside of the car, the other gentleman gave me nice cool water.
