Had my first visit to the new Take 5 location here at Crossroads off 380. The technicians were polite, and quick. I used a coupon and got $25 off my service, and they do free tops offs which is a great added value. I'll definitely be back when I don't have several hours to wait as is the case with most shops around here have. I never remember to schedule my oil changes and they got me back on the road fast. Their prices are a bit higher but I see that as a convenience fee for folks like me that don't plan ahead. Thanks guys!!
I had bad experience with a different location in Denton and decided I would never go back to a Take 5 but recently I was in a pinch and had to quickly get an oil change done so decided to give this new location a try. NIGHT AND DAY. The guys here were super friendly and professional and got the job done quickly without trying to sell me on any other services. I hope they keep it up because I’ll definitely be coming back.
I had a very great experience with the this Take5! When I got there the guys guided me in with easy instruction. I went to go get just an oil change and they finished very quick (about 10 minutes IF THAT), they had to check a few numbers in my car and they were very polite when doing so! Overall 5 star experience will be going again!
