Was a frequent customer of the take 5 on saratoga. Came to this one for the first time and had a SUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE than saratoga. The workers knew what they were doing, knew how to work our car, AND even helped us with a problem in our car we were unknown about. Billy the store manager was extremely helpful and extremely kind with explaining to us what needed to be checked and done routinely with every oil change. Routines that should be done with every experience (things that take 5 on saratoga either didnt know or didnt care to do for us). thank you billy and to his crew for helping us and now having us as frequent customers :)
Great experience getting my oil changed! They had a limited-time $25 discount, which was a nice bonus. Goose was very welcoming and even offered us waters while we waited. The service was fast and convenient, and I really liked being able to stay in my car during the oil change. The young lady working alongside Goose was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, great customer service and a smooth experience. I’ll definitely be back! 🚗✨
Kostoryz location crew!!! I can’t boast on this place enough! Service was beyond my expectations! The teamwork and dynamic duo I witnessed was so much fun! While we sat in the car and waited they went over every step, offered us water bottles from the get go and gave us so much more than a professional oil change. We do not live in Corpus and were visiting our hometown and family but really rolled into a gem here. We felt super safe, appreciated and cared for unlike any oil change company and pair, we’ve ever seen, even got our windshield cleaned which was so needed by the 6 hour road trip. You won’t regret it! Thanks guys!!
