After having a bad experience at the take 5 in Waco, tx with them making my red oil symbol pop up on my dash and trying to deal damage to my 2025 Hyundai, I ended up taking my car back to another one here in Corpus Christi, Tx at the kostoryz location and they did a complimentary oil change for me and the issue was fixed so a big shoutout the the crew there ASHLEY & JJ they worked with what I had told them about what I had going on and fixed the issue in under 25minutes! In and out just like they advertise here!
Was a frequent customer of the take 5 on saratoga. Came to this one for the first time and had a SUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE than saratoga. The workers knew what they were doing, knew how to work our car, AND even helped us with a problem in our car we were unknown about. Billy the store manager was extremely helpful and extremely kind with explaining to us what needed to be checked and done routinely with every oil change. Routines that should be done with every experience (things that take 5 on saratoga either didnt know or didnt care to do for us). thank you billy and to his crew for helping us and now having us as frequent customers :)
Great experience getting my oil changed! They had a limited-time $25 discount, which was a nice bonus. Goose was very welcoming and even offered us waters while we waited. The service was fast and convenient, and I really liked being able to stay in my car during the oil change. The young lady working alongside Goose was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, great customer service and a smooth experience. I’ll definitely be back! 🚗✨
