Leslie was the only employee we saw working at the Staples location today. She got me checked in within minutes of my arrival, offered water right away and throughout the visit. Today was a scorcher, and as hot as I could tell she was, she still provided great, quick service. She gave me service recommendations, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I hope there is a cooling area for the employees to get some respite from the South Texas heat.
I have a LOT going on in my life, right now. So it’s extremely difficult for me to go to the dealership, drop off my car, get a ride home, get a ride back to the dealer and pick up my car. The biggest selling point for going to Take 5 was being able to get my oil changed in just a few minutes. They even checked on a few other things and tipped off some fluids. They also didn’t try to upsell me a bunch of stuff. The guys were friendly and professional. I even got a $25 off coupon. I have no complaints.
I will be getting my oil changes at this Take 5 location from now on. The crew was professional and courteous. They offered me water on arrival and answered all of my questions without hesitation. With the veteran discount this is a great deal and very convenient too.
