Went to get a routine oil change, service was great and they always get oil change done quick. I believe technician accidentally knocked throttle body sensor because as I left the parking lot my car starting idling rough then died. Two technicians were nice enough to help me push back my car back into the bay and who I believe was the shop manager helped fix the check engine light code which was attributed to throttle body. 5-10 minutes later and I was out. The manager made sure to follow me in his car to make sure my car didn’t die again. Accidents happen and they made sure to get it fixed right back up. Thank yall!
I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The team was efficient, professional, and thorough, making the entire process seamless. Drew was superb—extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. I came in for an oil change and a coolant flush, and both services were completed quickly and with great care. It’s refreshing to receive such high-quality customer service. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning for future maintenance!
I went to Take 5 on Saratoga for my oil change today, and the service was excellent as always. ❤️ This visit was a little different. I asked them to replace my windshield wipers, and I mentioned that one of them would sometimes stop working. I honestly thought something was broken and figured I’d have to get it repaired another day. One of the technicians asked, “Has it always done that?” I told him yes; sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. Instead of brushing it off, he took the time to look at it. A few minutes later he said, “I know what the problem is.” It turned out there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. One of the bolts had simply come loose and all it needed was to be tightened. Then I heard the assistant manager say, “You just fixed it for free.” Yes, Mr. Max, he sure did. 🥹 Thank you for not taking advantage of me. That small act of honesty earned a loyal customer for life. Trust is everything, especially when you don’t know much about cars. Women deserve a place where they feel respected, listened to, and know they’re being treated fairly. Thank you for being one of those places. You’ll always be trustworthy in my book. 🥹
