I stopped by Take 5 for a quick oil change because I’ve been having trouble finding time to get to my usual shop, and I was beyond impressed with the experience. You simply pull up to one of the open lanes, and a team member comes out to ask what service you need. In my case, it was an oil change. They took my mileage, guided me into a service bay, and then performed a quick inspection of my tires, coolant, and wiper fluid, letting me know the condition of each. After reviewing and approving the recommended services, I paid and they got right to work. The entire process was fast, convenient, and professional. I was in and out much quicker than expected, and the staff was friendly and informative throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back for future oil changes.

They took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle, recommended the maintenance items that needed attention, and completed my oil change efficiently. Before I came in the store I looked at the reviews and I take it how a boss would and must I say I was very pleased to say everything was perfect Max,Pete,Richard, George were all very kind and helpful Max, was doing my oil change and offered a cold water for the road Pete help me with my oil light Richard helped with choosing my oil George was very helpful of showing my oil all crew was perfectly happy and very excited to work on my car I know some shop hate when cars come in but this shop has showed that they appreciate everyone I would definitely recommend to my friends about this I hope these crew members get recognized for their hard work
