I received a Ultimate Synthetic Oil Change, and received $25 off since it was ny first time there. It was originally $129, but I paid $116, and they broke it down to me what each oil change is best for like day to day driving short distances or highway driving. It was very worth it, and they replenished all my fluids, for my car, and even helped me where my hood gauge was since it disguised with the rest of my car 😂 Seriously though the guys name is Austin who helped me today, and he was sweet, and I love his smile.
My visit to Take 5 Oil Change in Cedar Hill today was a great experience. I usually take my car to the dealership, but I decided to try this location for the first time — and I’m thankful I did. From the initial greeting to the excellent customer service, Austin and Stephanie were knowledgeable, thorough, and kept me updated on parts to be aware of. It was refreshing to see a woman in this capacity of mechanical service. Stephanie exhibited outstanding customer service and clearly holds her own. Thank you, Austin and Stephanie. I will definitely be back.
The service was exceptional both of the only 2 workers at the shop were courteous and very attentive. It was very easy to accept the up charges for the additional filters due to their professionalism. It reminded me of my day when I worked for the nation's leading tune up and oil change company back in the late 80's Tune Up Masters. Thank you I will most certainly return to thw cedar hill location for all my vehicles
